A New Low in Popsicle Stick humor

Zeb is too young to get all but the most obvious jokes, but he's old enough to know that when you hear a joke, you're supposed to laugh.
I've caught him sitting on the couch with Lulu watching "Sponge Bob'' and laughing uproariously, even when nothing is funny. (Lulu has to remind him, "Not now, Zeb, you're not supposed to laugh at this part.'')
Last night, we were all eating popsicles. Lulu likes us to read the corny jokes on the sticks when she's done. Hers was, "What kind of animal should you never play cards against? A Cheetah.''
Zeb chortled, then pretended to read his stick. "Gum!'' he shouted. "HA HA HA HA HA HA!'' He did this about five times, and we all laughed along, until Lulu thought of her own joke.
"Knock Knock.''
"Who's there?''
"Gum!''
Then we all had to laugh along for another five minutes.
